  1. Then do Karate, you already have experience in it so you'll learn quicker and more efficiently (just choose a different style of Karate, or maybe it was just the dojo), don't listen to an idiot that says Muay Thai or Boxing, those are sparring heavy arts that are too hard on a young body. You can think about those when you're 14-15, Karate lays down many basics as well as linear power. It's a good basic art. If you would like a more movement oriented art, do either Shaolin (a real one, if there's a certified temple near you, do that, but odds are, you won't be able to find one) or Taekwondo, which is mostly kicks and acrobatic techniques, Wushu isn't great unless you start young or very limber (put your leg behind your head limber). Good luck, and make sure you don't get into a McDojo, do your research.

  2. Your not too young, I started at 5.

I would recamend karate ( i do shotokan) for unarmed combat (certain placese also teach the bo staff). Kung fu for weapons but you learn a lot of different weapons and may not stay on the staff that long.

I agree with melissa, do not to Vallari's. I went there before i did karate.....yeah

  3. try a type of kung fu or wushu

  4. I am a huge fan of Shotokan Karate, which is traditional Japanese karate.  I studied Shotokan and then got my brown belt.  The only thing I advise strongly if you want integrity for your belts is do not ever go to a Villari's school.  It's fake and you prepay for your black belt even if you really don't deserve it.  You will get one guarenteed, and there are no guarantees in a traditional dojo.

  5. Try karate or Tae Kwon Do to start out with, but go to a serious one and ask LOTS of Questions cause there are a lot of schools that teach you stuff that wont help you when people around you want to beat you up. Since your young and dont have a lot of strength, try martial arts that are good with striking, like boxing, kick boxing or the ones I named above

  6. try sudoku, it is very challenging, and hard to master.

  7. Try akido

  8. im not gonna tell you any style to try but you can check this website  out and pick one based off what you like more kicking or punching or blocking...........martialarts.org
