am 14 5'7 165 pounds and i really want to lose some weight and i play baseball so i need to be lighter and stronger. so i am planning to do plyometric drills and i want to do some martial arts move because i know they are good for losing weight then after that i can go to the gym for about an hour and work on muscles but i really need some exercises to do that have to do with martial arts so i need some exercises to do i need to know how long to do them each day thank for the help and also a site that shows how to do the exercise helps to.
