i recently decided that i wanted to take up a form of martial arts. i know its a good idea to pick a form of martial art by what kind of body type you have. well I'm about 6' with long arms and long legs and I'm wanting to take a form of martial arts that has good strikes but is still very agile. i don't want a kind that is all about submission, but one that uses punches and kicks equally if not more kicks to defend yourself and take down an opponent. also it would be great if it was physically and mentally demanding. if you have any questions about the details of this question just ask, ill answer asap. thank you for the answers
