some of the easiest and ones that you can do at home with nobody is boxing, kickboxing, or judo. You would just need to buy a bag which can be around $80

Well mate id say Muay Thai and Brazilian Jui Jitsu

Muay Thai is a brilliant Place to start for stand up combat, with a mix of elbows knees, the ever powerfull chin kicks and the added feat off western boxing making it one of the most powerfull martail arts out their, alot of the kicks and kness are simple and easy to learn, masterings another story though and it will take time to master and condition your body but once masterd and conditioned you'll be a force to be recond with,

Brazilian jui jitsu is a brilliant place to start for you grappling, Brazilian jui jitsu is a mix of both jui jitsu and judo, so your learning pritty much two styles at once, the throws you learn are quite devastating and can easily create a throw to submission combo.

these are only my suggestions and if you ask me i think your better off trying out a few and seeing wich style suits you best, but i would recomend muay thai, if your not sure look it up in youtube and see what you think.
