  6. Ummm all of them.

    duh.

  7. Any of them that you can truly dedicate yourself to.

  8. Tai chi, Karate and Jiu-jitsu.

    Best wishes :)***

  9. soo bach do

  10. Realy just about any martial art, if you stay in shape.  I am 50 and I still wrestle, do Combat SAMBO and teach Krav Maga.  Sure I am a personal trainer for a living, but I see many in Taijiquan, Judo, TKD, BBJ, Wrestling, etc for a long time.

I have made smart workout changes over the years which have helped increase my longevity in my favorite sports. I have a couple of routines which put me through 3 periods of wrestling.  On an elliptical trainer I can maintain a heart rate of 190 for 5 or so minutes and a constant rate of 170, all this has come with practice.

Our Combat SAMBO instructor is a 74 year old Yoda, he moves with an incredible grace and power.  Part of aging is in your mind, part of it is how you take care of yourself.

  11. well... what is your motivation of learning martial arts?

If it is NOT black belt then choose a style and keep it for ever.

I heard there are some forms in Tai chi that many people tried to learn them properly but many of them were unsuccessful in their life time!!!
