What martial arts schools in the Detroit, MI area are of high quality?

It really depends on what you want out of it.  I am a fan of the Kil's Tae Kwon Do centers.  There is one in Canton, Brighton, Dearborn, Farmington, Troy, Novi and Livonia.  

But if you are more into the MMA/cage fighting thing, then I suggest Gladiator MMA in Brighton.  (www.gladmma.com)

I currently train at both these places.

If you want grappling only, there are some others I might suggest.
