  1. LMAO you've probably got a generous spotter.

Your best bet would be anything that's got a lot of quick foot work and long distance punches and kicks. I've got no clue what that is, but that's going to be your style.

  2. theres no way u bench 215

  3. Karate

  4. Aikido

Will teach you that you and your attacker are one.  You will learn to control your temper by harmonizing with an attacker.

  5. you weigh 124 yet you say you can bench 215, you been smoking something

  6. ikebana

  7. I definently believe you can bench that much.

You should with out a doubt stick with wrestling.

I love it more than any other sport.

The raw conditioning will get you faster and strong than any other sport. Plus wrestlers can cut weight better.

Judo and sambo will help with wrestling and mma but you should go into cardio kickboxing to help with striking and a little bjj so you dont have the problem most wrestlers do with mma which is leaving there legs open

  8. try long fist.

  9. I definetly believe you bench that much, I gotta friend named Mikey hes like 5 foot 6 and he bences like 220 and he only weights like 120, Fighting style for you Gracie Juijitsu. Look at Helio gracie.

  10. if you already wrestle and your on the short to mid-height level you should prolly just take Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

  11. For temper control, Tai Chi, for self defense someone your size should go with plain old fashioned boxin'

    peace.

  12. Instead of going straight in the fight u must get around them and or take out there legs, then do what ever u want, take there eyes out if u want... lol but dont do any of that unless ur in real trouble i recommend sho shu and no ground fighting styles since ur small but it never hurts to try them i guess

  13. If I were you I would do Brazilian Jiu-jutsu because of weight and the weight that you can lift. In your case, I think that you could  take down people twice as big as you because you can lift weight twice as big as you are.Specially, you could win in tournaments (UFC,Tapout,Pride Fc,etc...) and defend yourself with Brazilian Jiu-jutsu.

  14. You take NO Xplode too? Great stuff isn't it? Almost like legal steroids. OK, you seem to be in good shape. You're not very tall so your center of gravity is lower (that's a good thing). I'm 5'5'' also and my center of gravity is low enough to be good with grappling arts, but I'm tall enough to also do well in kicking arts. You're pretty much the right size for any style of martial art. Just pick the one that interests you the most and has everything you need and take it. Be sure you have a good teacher and that it's not a McDojo. Good luck!

  15. being a martial artist myself, i would probably reccomend something like judo or jiu-jitsu since you can bench a lot and you seem to want to let out anger. any type of martial art controls your anger, but a well-rounded one will do. height isn't a factor in much of these martial arts because everything has its advantage. I've been doing taekwondo for 4-5 years and all my anger goes loose when i spar, so Taekwondo is what i'd reccommend. your upper body strength will come in handy, but i also reccomend you work on lower body strength as well, so you can not only use your upper body when fighting, but your lower body as well (many martial arts involve lots of the lower body and quickness with the feet.)

  16. kempo

  17. Japanese Jiu-jitsu.

    Best wishes :)***
