What mascara is similar to clinique lash power with the small brush is not waterproof but water resistant?

i love the a tiny brush. It doesn't have to be water resistant but I'd really like just one with a small mascara brush like clinique lash power that I can get at walmart, kohls, or any drugstore. I cant get expensive things like clinique.

I know what you mean expensive makeup can start putting a whole in the wallet. Try telescopic loreal. They come waterproof and not. I liked it because it washes of with water and soap at the end of the day.
