What materials are in snowboards?

Ok im doing a project for school.

im in school now but i just need to know what they use to produce a standard snowboard?

please help!!!

Snowboards are made with eight main materials:

Top sheet with printed graphic

Fiber glass

Wood Core

Inserts

Base

Steel Edges

Resin System (Glue)

Rubber Foil

Carbon fiber can be added along with other performance enhancing materials

There are several components to a snowboard that use different materials:

Core - wood / fiberglass

Base - plastic (PTex)

Edge - metal (steel)

Top Sheet - fiberglass

Laminate - resin and either fiberglass or carbon fiber
