i have a sewing machine

what else do i need to buy to make those.

They use wool felt.

You can find it at most stores with a good selection of fabric.  Prices kind of vary, but you don't need too much fabric for making plushies.

If you can't find wool felt, try using polar fleece.  Don't use polyester felt, it doesn't really work in the same way and ends up looking pretty bad.
