Well it depends what type of ramp.

Quarterpipe: Plywood, 2x4s, screws, pipe.

Wedge ramp: Plywood, 2x4 and/or something smaller, screws.

Also the type of ramp will make the amount of supplies vary greatly.

You need some plywood, masonite, and 1 1/2 in. pipe. It's as simple as that.
