  2. well.......... you can't really do it because you don't know how many hours he might work on one day contrary to another day

    for ex. he can work 8 hrs one day and 14 hours the next

    or he can take whole days off break and that gives inconsistency

    but you can find the AVERAGE that he makes a day

    that would be 12/360 = .03333333333333333333333333333

    You divide by the # of days in a year to get daily earnings.
