  1. Depends on what it is.

    Handbags? Definitely quality.

    Clothes? equal mix of both (you can find some cute things at Wal Mart!)

    Shoes? quality

    Accessories? quantity(costume jewelry is hot right now and you can get some it really economically.)


  2. Quality every time. I believe you do a job once and not have to rectify it through trying to do it too fast or cutting corners. I'm a bit of a perfectionist in whatever I do.
