What means RCC tank?

RC Tank circuit comprises a Resistor (R) and a Capacitor (C). Mainly used for timing circuits. This is done by selecting a capacitor and resistor values which will correspond to the timer duration, i.e. (The time taken for a capacitor to charge with a given value of resistance). The output wave is a square wave and is used in most function genertors.

Another type is the LC (Inductor - Capacitor) tank circuit. The capacitor charges to 5 time constants (Never fullt Charged) then discharges into the inductor, the inductors magnetic field expands, then collapses generating a back emf into the capacitor, which then charges then discharges into the inductor until the losses in the components sap the charge in the circuit. An Ideal circuit would in theory go forever once an initial voltage was applied, however due to losses this will not happen. Hope this helps.

Reinforced is that structure made up of cement concrete with using mostly steel

Plain Cemnet Concrete is without Reinforcement ie., steel and others
