Oh my- being loved,absolutely! I have been in relationships where I was told that I was loved but I was not shown love. My husband of 14 years LOVES me and you can feel and know when you are loved.

Being loved is better to me than being in love.  Being in love is blind, you tend to ignore faults and see things thru rose colored glasses, usually in the honeymoon phase of the relationship.  Being loved is great because its something you have earned thru being who you are.

If I had to choose, I would choose to be loved.  You get such a warm feeling when you are loved, and you get to be happier with yourself because you know someone else is happy enough with you.  To love someone and not get love in return is horrible torture because it makes you think you're not good enough.  To be wanted and not wanting feels better than wanting and not recieving.  It just depends on what person you are.  But I tend to find it cute when someone likes me.

knowing that im loved and wanted. but knowing that someone is head over heels in love with me doesnt hurt either.

Well, it kinda depends on what you mean by "being loved" its a little to vague for me to grasp what you mean.

Everybody likes being in love, but the most important thing to me is being loved.  It makes me feel safe and secure to know that people care about me.
