What meant?after interview with canadian embassy they gave me back my passport and told me they'll call back

they didnt tell me that i am refused neither accepted to get the visa. the officer told me " iam gonna take ur file to the center and we will call u back" i need to know if i passed the interview or i guranteed the visa issue
