paranoia and ocd are psychological disorders, and there are treated with counseling and theraphy after a thorough evaluation. so i think there are no medicines recommended for those cases

A good med for that is Prozac. See your Doctor or a psychologist to see if it is right for you.

Halidol, prozac, Paxil, and many other medications of the same type are good places to start. Don't self medicate though- see a pcp or a psychiatrist first before starting a treatment regime.
