I will check with my dr I was just wanting some feedback on what everyone else used. I have had a yeast infection at around 14 weeks and the dr told me to use monistat. Any preferences out of any? Is the one day ok? Is the 7 day better?

  1. Wait for the doctor. Ask on Answers if there has been anyone who has used that medication while pregnant and regrets it. My aunt took a pill given to her by her OBGYN and her daughter was born without arms and legs. God -forbid this would happen to you. Anyway, this is a cream not a pill. God bless you and your baby!

  2. Use the 7 day, it's a bit annoying but otherwise the yi comes back after a week or so.

  3. I got my first (& only) yeast infection when i was 29 weeks pregnant with my second. I told my OBGYN and he prescribed me this 1 time pill. I felt relief within 20 minutes of taking it. I would call your doctor in the morning and see what he recommends.

  4. Don't try anything. Go to the doctor.

  5. You can use any of the over the counter creams.  The different strengths and durations are all safe.  The only one that is questionable is the one day pill, Diflucon.

  6. The one day is fine as is the 7 day.  The one day can cause more immediate irritation to the skin because of the increased percentage of medication.  My doc says the 7 day more completely irradicates the infection because its over a prolonged period of time.  Ultimately its up to you.

  7. They are all the same.

I get them often because I have diabetes.

I always use a seven day treatment because the 3 day treatments do not always work. I always use the cheaper brand. If you look at the active ingredients you will see they are the same. (a pharmacist showed me that.)

  8. My doctor always prescribed me medicine for that. I didn't get it over the counter.

  9. Wouldnt kno
