I have DID/MPD,was diagnosed with it 8 years ago,there is no medication that will treat it.It is a long process in getting to know those within and establishing communication with them all,but it can be done.once there's more communication and cooperation achieved things do get better,but it will take time and patience.Journaling is a very big help in getting to know those inside.Accepting and acknowlegding those within is the first step of the healing process.


  2. Treatment for MPD involves years of pyschotherapy.  This is done with hynosis as well.  Medication is rarely used.

  3. Talk to your doctor.

    Everyone is different.
