  1. Dear Mrs. Grove,

Thank you so very much for giving my son Paul such a wonderful year of Pre K. I wanted to let you know how very much he enjoyed his year and wanted to thank you for all of your hard work and patience. He learned a lot and will miss you all dearly. Thanks again.

  2. Just be sincere.  The teacher will appreciate that more than anything.

  3. I would write your kid quotes like....

My favorite thing about Mr./ Mrs. So and So is ______________

My favorite part of the year was______________

I really liked it when she ________________

Just a tip> NO card is as special as one that includes a gift card. Trust me.  A $3.00 gift card to Starbucks is gold! $5.00 is even better and $10.00...well now that is just a diamond and she will appreciate you even more!
