What metal makes the strongest door keys?

cause the keys to my metal slide-door keeps bending and breaking.

You need to adjust the door or the latch or lube it, that lock should not be that hard to turn if everything is set up right!

Then the problem is not a "weak" key. The problem is in the lock itself. If your key is breaking then the lock or door needs to be serviced.
