I know that copper, silver and gold do not but are there more? And is there something that they all have in common?

  1. These metals all are less active than hydrogen.  This means that they will not displace the hydrogen ions in acids, and thus will not dissolve in acids.  Look on the table to find more such metals.

However, some acids contain oxidizing anions with the hydrogen ions.  Nitric acid is one such example, and it will dissolve copper, silver, mercury, and others.  Mixed with hydrochloric acid ("aqua regia"), it can dissolve gold, platinum and a few other noble metals.  There are a few metals that won't dissolve even in aqua regia: osmium, iridium, and tantalum come to mind.
