Which ones are good for baking: won't rust, won't warp, and provide a flawless surface for better non-stick?

Which can be printed on? Which can withstand a common kitchen knife's advances without scratching?

I look forward to hearing your responses!

  2. Throw away pie tins are made aluminum, personally I use a silicone one, the soft rubbery ones you see in bright colours, nothing sticks to them, nothing at all, it can be screwed up and stored in a jar so you have no worries about warping, and with no metal it won't rust. So basically either buy a pack of throw way ones, or a nice silicone one and you won't go far wrong. x
