  1. Not all are born as equal with similar talents. Each race

has its own strengths and weaknessness.  In this interpendant world where  we rely on others and ourselves individual effort though called upon- it is alone not able to guarantee satisfying results.  To encourage inter racial tolerance and unity within diversity there has to be somebody giving and somebody taking instead of just rhetoric

words in print or verbs.  The strong has to bend over and help

the less stronger ones or weaker ones.  Otherwise what you get

is situations or history repeating itself over and over again. Strife

suspicion, distrust, cynicism, labelling one another, enmity,

mayhem and murders would follow if there is no basic tolerance.

Methodically speaking, love is biggest experienced during childhood years where different children from differing races make friends with

one another and play with each other.   If social studies were less

about theorizing and more about practising only one or two basic core values like human love and cooperation within the childhood years like grade school

middle school, high school, it would be better.  Promote inter

religious studies as high school and college subjects where each major religions strengths are highlighted and appreciated.

Like art appreciation, racial appreciation studies should be pursued where everyone has something to contribute or say.  You could practise one social concept  a month instead of too much memorising

facts and figures that will be forgotten once the exam cramming

sessions are over. From my personal experience, school was

too much facts crammed one on top the other and less about

basic human values like honesty and integrity.  Many with degrees

and high degrees have also displayed the same weaknesses as those without no matter what the race.  Middle office managers have also been medically

proved to cause stress disorders within staff whatever race they were. So I wonder

where education failed in these instances.  Character building

is the best investment in education no matter what the race as once you have character facts and figures should not be too difficult to get in the digital age.

But providing education to morally inept people would mean

disaster as they could adversely affect the lives of people around

them.  How Hitler was promoted to power is basically being repeated in smaller scales all over the world like the middle office managers terrorizing their staff instead of promoting cooperation.

No matter what religion you describe in this world, food and shelter are basic necessities  and should be included in human rights

not left to be countered by singular individual effort alone.  People need people around no matter what race you belong to. Yet today, the economic divide

between races grow bigger with no solution being sought except

factual paper work being brought up again and again  at world economic forums.

Face it some debts deserve to be written off as a necessity

as not all nations have the same production capacity as the other.

If you wish to equalize it you have no choice but to assist as much

as you can and then write off the economic debt.  That is my

    personal thot.

  2. Create an environment based on the concepts below:

    1)  Honesty:  Do not deny the existence of differences between cultures, races or genders.  Even an idiot can see that as being a lie which results in the loss of credibility.

    2)  Value:  Acknowledge differences but continually emphasize they make no difference in the value of people.  None whatsoever.

    3)  Empathy:  Tell people to put themselves into the shoes of others before speaking or acting.  Get them to ask themselves how they would respond to certain words, attitudes or bahaviors.

    4)  History:  Let the past be in the past.  Allowing old misconceptions, crimes, inequalities and prejudices to be aired serves little purpose and only serves to reinforce divisions.

    5)  Equality:  Don't make any one group of people victims or oppressors directly or by implication.

    6) Discouragement:  Denounce stereotyping as lazy generalizations and emphasize individuals for what they are.

    7)  Avoidance:  look out for any "affirmative action" style policies or proposals.  They alienate everyone else and degrade the merit of those who they promote.  For example: a black man who gets ahead on affirmative action is going to be tainted by the policy, even if it had noting to do with his success, simply because the policy exists.

    8)  Ignore: Political Correctness.  It is tyranny in polite form.  Political correctness is responsible for some of the worst policies and attitudes (along with the corresponding backlashes) in modern society.  It stifles just about all the things it is supposed to encourage, including freedom of expression, equality and plain common sense.
