What methods can i use to study physiology?

my problem is that i can study the whole chapter and after that i cant remember every thing what i did..please help me!!!!!

When I studied medical physiology I read the material once after the lecture.  If I did not understand something, I read it again until I did.  When the midterm exam was coming up, I read all of the material again.  When the final exam arrived, I read all of the material for a third time.  When I studied for my PhD orals in physiology, I read a stack of books two feet high over six weeks.  I passed.

The secret is to pass the material through your mind multiple times.

uhm maybe you may take rests every period of time while studying and review what you studied from time to time so your mind is fresh and sure that you should not forget what you studied after a short rest... or you may take supplements that enhances memory and brain like "memo plus gold"? or any others...
