What might I be experiencing?

For the last few days, my sinuses have been acting up really bad as some of you know. I haven't gotten to 99 as my temperature yet, the highest it's been in 98.7, which I know isn't a fever. However, since yesterday, my whole body has been feeling weak and my head has felt funny, plus my bowel movements have been funny. They have been solid but very soft (leaving a lot of material behind when I wipe), but they have been hard to pass, almost like constipation. I've been nauseous, but haven't thrown up (yet). I typically think the worst of things, but I was hoping I could get some more opinions on this. I'm really hoping it's not the stomach flu, because I am horrified of vomiting.

  1. Even without a fever you could have a sinus infection that is draining into your stomach and upsetting it. I would make an appointment with the doc. Feel better soon!

  2. You might just have a mild bug, sounds like what went through my family last week, we all had the symptoms you're describing.  Not sick enough to be "sick" but not feeling quite right either.  Lasted about three days for each of us with NO puking at all. Eat light and get caught up on the Olympics, drink plenty of fluids, take a little walk every day and you'll be right in no time.
