I have some flats that I have only worn once but they hurt the back of my ankles really bad. They are really cute shoes so I want to wear them again but what can I do for them not to hurt.

I have tried band-aids and it didn't help they keep falling off.

I also put them inside the shoe but it didn't help much either.

Is there any trick or something I can buy.

Thanks in advance

  1. Put a sock inside

  2. k, sounds ghetto, but put duct tape on ur heel, then it doesn't rub and it doesn't fall off. it might leave a sticky mark BUT it really does work, just trust me plus you can get that sticky stuff off with nail polish remover!!!

    hope i helped...just try it!

  3. dont wear them

  4. try wearing them with really thin socks to break them in better, then wear them with out.

  5. Tape some TP to it. Or put a bandaid on it. Even if you're not hurt. It will rub on that.

  6. they have those dr. sholts (spelling??) pads that really helps but i always use those little flat round makeup pads or they sell these other ones at nordstroms that are amazing!

  7. my freind had the same problem. she took a glasses case. (the pocket kind) and cut of a peice and put it inside her shoe and it worked. sounds weird but its worth a try

  9. wear something th u feel comfortable in buy some new flats with the right size

  10. There's a product called Moleskin that is made for that. It's kind of like using a band aid but it will stay on all day.

  15. you can buy some kind of pad, thing i dont know what it is called for your feet. You can buy it at target or something, and it makes it softer.

  16. you have to just deal with the pain at first and break them in.. for real

  17. There's this stuff called mole-skin, ha I know that sounds weird, but it's made with adhesive on the back, so you can stick it in the back of your shoes so you don't get those constant rubbing and blisters, and it doesn't show so it'll be ur secret! I think you can find it at the pharmacy, or a grocery store like walmart.

  18. there is this little pad thing that you can buy from wal mart but it makes the shoe a little tight on your foot
