I thought this:

Adelaide

Brisbane

Carlton

Collingwood

Essendon

Fremantle

Geelong

Gold Coast (Kangaroos go North (more than before  ))

Hawthorn

Hobart (Bulldogs go south (not west))

Melbourne (merged with Richmond, cause they're pretty much a kilometre away from eachother)

Port

Sydney

West Coast

Wollongong (merged with St Kilda)

  1. Same as it is currently with west Sydney and QLD coast teams added.  maybe - not likely but North Melbourne and Melbourne combine.

*i also think a Melbourne team maybe hawthorn will move down to Tasmania*

  2. Adelaide

    Dublin

    Brisbane

    Carlton

    Collingwood

    Essendon

    Belfast

    Fremantle

    Geelong

    Kangaroos

    Kilkenny

    Hawthorn

    Dogs

    Melbourne

    Tigers

    Galway

    Port

    Sydney

    West Coast

    Saints

    Cork

  3. Adelaide

    Brisbane

    Carlton

    Collingwood

    Essendon

Northern Crocs (Freo has folded and gone to North Australia sharing gaes at Broome, Darwin and Cairns)

    Geelong

Vikings - (a Canberra based club playing also in Albury and Wagga)

    Hawthorn

Hobart (Bulldogs go south (not west))

Melbourne (merged with Richmond, cause they're pretty much a kilometre away from eachother) ... Melbourne Tigers ... I like but they have to go Gold and Black

Glenelg - (Port have gone broke through corruption and graft and spending far too much on an over-rated list)

    Sydney

    West Coast

Panthers based out of the biggest sports club in NSW I think (Penrith) (merged with St Kilda)

  4. Adelaide

    Brisbane

    Carlton

    Collingwood

    Essendon

    Fremantle

    Geelong

    Gold Coast

    Hawthorn

    Hobart

    Melbourne

    North Melbourne

    Richmond

    Port Adelaide

    St. Kilda

    Sydney

    West Coast

    Western Bulldogs

  5. well North Melb on top, thats about all i can come up with

  6. Adelaide

    Port Adelaide

    West Coast

    Fremantle

    Brisbane

    Sydney

    Gold Coast

    Tasmania (formerly Hawthorn)

    Geelong

Now here's where it gets interesting.  The remaining Victorian based teams.

    Collingwood

    Carlton

    Essendon

Western Bulldogs to merge with St Kilda

Melbourne to merge with either North Melbourne or Richmond

Either North Melbourne or Richmond to die.

  7. Mine is:

    Adelaide

    Brisbane

    Carlton

    Collingwood

    Essendon

    Fremantle

    Geelong

    Gold Coast

    Hawthorn

    North Melbourne and Melbourne merger

    Port Adelaide

    Richmond

    Sydney

    St Kilda

    West Coast

    Western Bulldogs.

There is no way that by 2012 four new teams are going to be formed. The Gold Coast will be lucky to play by then, and they have already started to establish the club. St Kilda won't merge, Richmond doesn't need to merge, and I don't think the Bulldogs will relocate. The only club I can see folding in that amount of time is Melbourne, but I think Stynes will save them. The Kangaroos won't relocate. If any merger takes place it will be Melb and Nth Melb, but I don't think that will happen.
