What might this weird dream mean?

Question

I dreamt 2 parts of a dream. the first part :

i was in a specific place in a town i know and i remember myself running up to the bay and seeing thousands of small boats/speedboats, when i was there i had a backpack and looked extremely excited. I saw all my friends separated in each little boat and when some saw me they waved from the boats greeting me happily...somehow..i was late for some event and the boats were leaving so the closest one to the bay, i jumped on and found my some friends on it. i began socializing, and could walk about easily and somehow, i could walk from boat to boat like there was a passage between them, and they were in just different rooms [boats = rooms]. I went into a room and saw one of my friends interviewing a celebrity. I realized that the celebrity was very bored with her so i suddenly told him "hi, would you like a drink, sir?" and he quickly cheered up and my friend began getting jealous because i managed to do this.

This is a dream where you feel superior to your  friends somehow. You feel confident, with a high self-esteem from something you did recently, something your friends tried but did not succeed at it. Maybe you  completed a major project and was praised for it; got an A or high grade on a hard test

The love you have for your friends is why you keep this excited pride you feel to yourself. It COULD be over anything -- small and simple, like getting a bf when they didn't have one, to something more complex, like going on a cool vacation you had talked about.

Whatever it is you do not want your friends to know, you feel empowered by it. You also like the idea of being able  to do something that was difficult to do, and required that you focus and not panic; that by doing so, you managed to create the desired effect, whatever that might have been.

Again, this could be something very simple, or very complex. Think about it, and I'm sure you'll figure it out.
