  1. For faster career progression and more options available, I would suggest the U.S. Army!

    Good luck!

  2. I think that's a great choice!  You could also join the Coast Guard.  I'm in the army and I wish I'd joined one of those branches instead.

  3. army. suspension should not effect you

  4. TECHNICALLY, most people join the army, since it is the largest branch.

If you want to go to the USNA then you need to take all the math and science classes you can. Physics, chemistry, algebra II, trig, etc.

You will also want to play at LEAST one sport OR play in the band, AT LEAST. one of each would probably help your chances the best.

You also need to stay out of trouble, take your foreign languages, and get into contact with your STATE REPRESENTATIVE. That is a MUST, unless your dad got a medal of honor, you have to have a recommendation from a state rep (they can only give one a piece each year, so start this process early).

  5. join the Army National Guard. All tuition for college is paid and you get state and federal benefits. You can get a contract that makes it so you can go to college two full years and not be deployed

  6. talk to a recruiter and bring home written information on all.

sign nothing until you have time to review .

hopefully with parents or a school counselor.

  7. Go for it!  You can't go wrong with any branch of the service.  They all have their own contributions and they all do a very good job at it.  If the Navy is what you'[re fond of then that's the one for you.  What you've done before turning 18 has no effect on you as an adult.  They always take the stupidity of youth into consideration.  Personally, I knifed a guy when I was 14 in self defense and it never even showed up on my adult record.

It's a great start to a good life.  Good luck and welcome to the world of adults.

  8. Marine Corp.

My brother was expelled 2wice and suspended many times i dont think that should be a problem lol

  9. Hello, Paulo. I would like to say that I applaud you for wanting to serve this wonderful country via US military. To answer your questions, the army will have the highest growth rate. The reason for this is the Navy and Air Force are much more picky, if you will, in their selection. Asl for the Marines most people think all of them are in the trenches and are dodging bullets for a living. Whatever you choose you will be inducted into a large family that has a vast array of jobs you can decide upon--from television broadcasting to munitions to cook to color gaurd. The choice is yours, but do your homework, don't allow the recruiter to tell you what you will do and choose well. Good luck and thank you.

  10. Entrance into the Naval Academy, is by 'Appointment Only."

Your calling is not an option, yet still a dream.

    "Academy." United States, and U.S.A.

are spelled with capital letters. <}:-})

  11. Hi there,

I've been in the military for 40 years, now  10 years as a Marine General Senior, and as long as you abhor human rights and liberty, you'll be welcomed everywhere.

  12. I think army is the most enlisted in branch but i'm not too sure. also, it depends for what you were suspended for. I don't think they'll mind too much as long as you don't have repeated offenses. to make your record competitive you have to do things (such as getting good grades, good extracurriculars) that will show them that you are a hard worker and that you can uphold their values (honor, commitment, strength, etc.) Good luck in the navy!

  13. Sweety, the army would be your best bet I think, though a different career choice might also be good for you.  But you should do what you feel is best.
