I'm pretty sure it only supports up to 4GB but if I were you I'd get a 2GB miniSD card, mainly because it is cheap, holds a lot of pictures, and has better value than the more expensive and larger cards. Since the HG10 only shoots up to 3MP stills and in JPEG, you should have more than enough space, especially if you also have a separate digital camera. I have an HV20 and I'm very pleased with my 2GB card. Hope this helps!
