What minor leaguers are going to have the biggest impact next year in the majors? ?

In my fantasy baseball league I can carry over players who do not qualify as rookies as extra keepers. Does anyone know of any players who isn't qualified as a rookie this year but has high hopes of being a productive player next year?

  6. its always the prospects that the dbacks trade that make a big impact the next year (carlos quentin) so i say dallas buck and micah owings but owings isnt qualified as a rookie
