well, if you rule out margaritas, I really enjoy Mojiots, and Hurricanes.

Mojitos are simmilar to margaritas: lime sugar and rum (instead of tequila) they just are never blended and have fresh mint.

Hurricanes are a bit more complicated, with passion fruit, lime, and rum, but it turns out sweet and tasty.  If you are making it yourself, its a little hard to find the passion fruit, you might want to try the premixxed stuff.  I had the Bacardi stuff last weekend, and it was great, but VERY strong, they used the 151 proof rum.  I am sure if you use regular rum it will be a little better.

If you use fresh ingredients then Painkillers are awesome drinks that will put you on your ***.

Mix

4 parts pineapple juice

1 part creme of coconut (coco loco)

1 part orange juice

1 or 2 or 3 or 4 parts dark rum to taste (2-3 goes down easy)

garnish with a good dusting of nutmeg
