What mobile phone tariffs are available in New Zealand?

My mobile phone is on a prepay account and costs me about $20.00 every 3 months.

In this morning's newspaper were stories of phones costing $1,500.00 to $2,500.00 per month.

It depends on how often you use it, and what you use it for.

Mine is used solely for telephone calls. Downloading internet, sending images and downloading ringtones is all VERY expensive.

There is Telecom and Vodafone, they both do prepaid and on account tarrifs
