What model and year is a 4 hp mercury outboard with serial number 7113598?

It's probably 1990 or newer, small 4 hp black. No model that I could find, only a serial number plate on the side of the shaft.

Newer Mercs have the year listed on the second line of the ID plate.  See picture in attached link or look up your engine in the chart.
