What modern bands sound like The Cure or have the same Vibe?

hey! oh wow! i love the cure! mmmm...robert smith. he's so twisted. this is a hard one though, cause they've got such a unique sound. i just checked out aol music for you and their related artists are:

to be honest, i've never heard their stuff. but, my personal suggestions in terms of vibe would be -

- Kaiser Chiefs: everyday i love you, oh my god, everything is average nowadays, ruby, etc. (definitely check these guys)

- The Feeling: fill my little world, rose, i love it when you call

- Silverchair: straight lines, miss you love, emotion sickness, if you've been losing sleep

- Supergrass: grace, alright and Sparta: breaking the broken, death in the family, while oceana sleeps (maybe...these ones might be a stretch)

I think lovesong by the cure is really beautiful and a band called Jack off Jill did a cover of it so maybe you'd want to try that

Out of all the death-gothic rock bands I've been listening to lately,early Christian Death sound like The Cure the most(mostly their albums Pornography and Disintegration though),although quite darker.I daresay that Rozz Williams' voice reminds me of Robert Smith's.
