All countries in the northern hemisphere have the same seasons.  Likewise for all countries in the southern hemisphere.  Seasons are set by astronomical calculations and don't change from city to city or province to province.  As for variations of temperatures within those seasons, it really depends on how far north or south you are from the equator and how close you are to moderating air currents ... ie. Vancouver has nicer winter weather than New Brunswick.  Or have I somehow completely missed what you were intending to ask??
