What mood does rain put you in?

Question

Anything from drizzly, gentle rain to a heavy torrential downpour.

I'm watching and listening to a steady, heavy rain out my window right now. It's so peaceful. It might be different if I were out in it, though, since it's a cold rain.

i hate rain, and i live i n california so it rain like 10 times a year, and i really glad about the weather here.i get depress when i hear rain starting to drip.

Rain usually makes me feel relaxed.  I love the sound and smell of it.  Right now it stresses me out because I live in Iowa.  My part of the state is just getting over what the SE part of the state is getting.

extremely peaceful and relaxing. I love thunder storms on a warm night. I just sit under my porch, and listen to the wind, the rain, and the thunder. It's great for thinking.

It depends if I'm just listening to it, or i I'm out in it, or supposed to be.

If I'm inside, and it's a gentle patter, it can be extremely peaceful. A bit like a mini-waterfall, I guess.

A downpour, especially if I'm caught in it, is a downer.

Rain drizzle makes me feel calm about everything and helps me concentrate. Usually by the end of the rain, I've got everything in my life organized.

A thunderstorm, on the otherhand, makes me feel both excited and cozy. I just curl up with my blanket and my dog until the TV stops working, then the lights go out. Then I just watch the storm.

A downpour is somewhere in between. It actually makes me feel maternal and nurturing. I have to go around checking my plants and my animals.

as long as I'm not out in it, I think it is very calming.  I like to watch the rain fall.
