What mopeds can actually be driven on the freeway?

I want to get a mo-ped because it's more affordable and faster, but I want to make sure I can drive it on the freeway, im in california???

Mopeds are faster than what? Mopeds have small engines and aren't powerful enough or fast enough to be driven on the freeway. The last place you want to be is on a freeway with a Ford Expedition on your tail, and not enough power to get out of its way.

NONE and if there was you would have to be of legal age to drive it.

Mopeds are not allowed on freeways in CA.

Scooters, otoh, are as long as they are a minimum of 150cc's and that would mean that you have to have a motorcycle endorsement on your driver's license......
