What more important car or rent payment?

ok my husband has a vehicle he make 500 dollar payment. we owe the landlor 545 he gave us a break on the first to accept the 350 we gave him. the car payment called and said if we dont pay they will pick it up. we only owe 1 month. i think their lying. well hes going to pay the car payment. i want to pay the rent . i tell him car payment is not im portant that having a place to stay. he fights with me n tells me hows he going to drive arround. i really dont know what to say to make him change his mind. its those people from the car payment they love to harrass people.

"its those people from the car payment they love to harass people"    hmmmm that's an interesting statement.  If you loaned someone you didn't know several thousand dollars and they fell behind, would you be looking to get your money or the collateral?  It's not harassment, it's called collections.

Call the lender of your car, see if they'll add the next payment to the end, explain to them the predicament you are in.  If that doesn't work, see if your landlord will let you slide again for a couple of weeks.  If you cannot get anywhere with either, pay your rent.  You can't live in your car.
