Question:

What more should i do to loose more weight fast?

I'm 16 and I've been on the Atkins Diet for about 4 weeks now, i'm also going to the gym everyday, but i just can't see a change in my body. Can anyone give me any advice?

  1. The Atkins Diet doesn't work for everyone.  For example, my sister lost 50 pounds on it but my husband lost almost nothing and I know he was being "good."  If you're committed to that diet, I'd start keeping a food log (you can print out a free one on the site below under "weight loss journal") and analyze the caloric content of what you're eating.  You must be eating too many calories to lose weight.  If it were me, I'd find me a different diet.  You can find several "drastic diets" under the "Diet Plans" section of the site below, or you can find a long-term healthy diet under "Eat Healthy."  Good luck, whatever you decide to do...
