What morgage company did you use?

what bank did you go threw? why did you go there? my credit score is 620 i went to a weichert broker and he gave be a 250,000 with 20% down. sorry i don't have 50 grant laying around. is there a better bank or broker that you guys can help me with. i liv ein northern NJ.. thanks

Your credit is pretty bad, you are going to have to pay something down because they are pretty sure you will default.

Try Wells Fargo.    Ignore the spammers here, they are running cons and you look like you are ready to be victimized.

Only work with legit people, who you  MEET in person, in a bank.

No matter where you go, with a lower credit score, you will have to put money down.  Mortgage companies are becoming more strict due to the recent foreclosures.
