What motivates women?

Ultimatley what motivates Men is women and the hope they will get laid

Do women think about men, is that their source of motivation that they will get laid or get a man as well?

I think a womens motivation is love, family, intimacy which involves getting laid amongst other things.

When I was young and met an attractive man, I quite often hoped that I would get laid.  Sometimes I hoped it might lead to a more lasting relationship, and sometimes I didn't.  It dependend on the man.

I'm motivated by hopes of power. Not insane dictatorship, but a good career. Love takes a backseat to reality. >=)

well, i have love, i have security and companionship.... so i gues i'm motivated by a desire for improvement... of the world, of self, of quality of life... if i was content with it then i wouldnt be motivated by much other than boredom. though i do often do things just to make bring other people joy, or peace when i can.

Uh oh. I think people forget why they work. I know I work so I can provide for myself and be happy. I don't work for the sake of of working. I think Love is a pretty direct root to happiness.

If you think happiness is not a noble goal, think about this. Happiness is the only thing we do not trade for something else, either materiel or emotional. We seek happiness for happiness itself. Happiness is an end, not a means to an end. A job? That is just a means to an end.

Depends.

My motives to get laid run pretty deep. In one relationship I had a lot of boring conversations and watched a lot of terrible movies to that end. But that was because I didn't see any real future with that particular S.O. but he was cute.

With my current, getting laid is a motive. It just takes much much much less effort. I also see more of a future with him so I'm motivated by wanting to be with him in more ways.
