What motivates you to lose weight?

I'm really trying to diet and it is really hard for me. The exercising part is the hardest for me. I get really bored doing my elliptical machine. What helps you gyus pull through exercising?

  2. I JUST TAKE THIS PILL CALLED THE ADIPEX AND IT WORKS GREAT I WALK FOR 1 HOUR ON THE TREAD MILL A DAY. THE FIRST MONTH I LOST 25 POUNDS. JUST TRY IT.

I know EXACTLY what your talking about, I'm right there with you.  You just got to get into a routine 1st with your eating and exercising habits.  After a few weeks, it just becomes a part of ur daily lifestyle, at least it was for me.  As for exercising, being on a elliptical machine, or a treadmill or anything can be really boring.  But I usually have my ipod on when I work out now; that way, I'm not focusing too much on what I'm doing, and it passes time alot quicker.  And with motivation, just think about how much happier you'll be once you reach your ideal weight.  Maybe get some friends to help you motivate as well.  Hope this help, and good luck!   4. When I need extra motivation I vision myself in a certain outfit.  I vision how I'll look in it now and how I'd look in it 15lbs from now.

    also my Zune helps keep me distracted from watching the clock on the machine.

  5. Elliptical machines treadmills will burn your fat, but if you do them for extended periods of time, they'll eat away at your muscles too. Do just 20 minutes of light exercising on your elliptical machine daily. Listen to music or watch T.V. to pass the time.

    Weight training is the best for losing the fat and toning the muscles though.

    My motivation to work out is the fact that I'll look and feel better in the long run. Do it for yourself.
