What motivates you to work out...?

I'm usually a morning person but lately haven't really had the energy to do my early morning work out and I keep telling myself it's ok and I'll do it at night. Of course when I get home from work I'm so tired! :) So, what do you all do to motivate yourself when you're not really feeling like working out (but know you should!) Thanks all!

  1. looking a really thin pretty people makes me hate my self and then want to be then so i work out. or i think about how a part of my life sucks and it wouldnt if i was skinnier.

    or i look and fat people. or read thinpiring quotes online.

    it helps me, but it might make you feel depressed...
