I found a little motor that is a 12 vdc, .09 amp, 1900 rpm. Would this work?

  1. I'm assuming that you are using the motor as a generator.  If that's the case then any DC motor will work (although an old alternator may work better) but in order to run it efficiently you will have to re-gear the system so that the windmill turns the motor as fast as possible.  1900 rpm is quite fast and you may want to find a slower turning motor, probably with more brushes.
