Australian Alps (aka The Great Dividing Range) and in Asia there are the North-South Urals which divide Asia and Europe and the Himalayas which separate Asia from the Indian Sub-Continent.  Also, he Greater Khingan Range in northeastern China,  the Kunlun Mountains,  the Kailash (Gangdise) and the Tian Shan ranges to name a few Asian ranges.
