What moves should I teach a Riolu (probable outside an Action Replay or GameShark)? ?

I have a lot of fighting pokemon with strong moves, and I'm trying to breed a powerful Riolu (I already bred several Riolu).

I plan on having it learn moves that are strong against its types.

However, when Riolu evolves, it loses its two weaknesses to psychic and flying and are replaced with fire, flying, and ground.

What moves should I use for a Riolu to combat its types (as well as several stat-boosting moves) and what pokemon I should breed with for Riolu to gain those moves?
