i think the best moves for a staraptor are

brave bird

fly

whirlwind

steel wing or

arial ace

aerial ace (for when they try and raise evasion or lower your accuracy)

roost

endeavor/close combat

u-turn/secret power

but mine knows

fly to get places

aerial ace

close combat

pluck ( to steal annoying berries)

but he is not the best bird

i would say aerodactyl

high attack

high speed

used quite abit
