What movie is it that was banned because of a scene in the movie that was completely wrong and demented?

This movie is of non-linear structure, jumping back and forth in the plot, and the story is this guy getting revenge, and the movie is really violent and i just want to know the movie title because our film teacher told us about the movie. thanks

You should ask your film teacher the name of the movie or at least some more details if he can't remember the title. A lot of films aren't "banned" they are just not released for a variety of reasons.

Im sorry i dont know what movie it is your refering to... so many movies have been banned because people thought they were too messed up..

"Irreversible" maybe.  The plot in this film goes in reverse chronological order.  A woman is brutally raped and her boyfriend gets revenge.  There's a very violent scene at the beginning of the film (which is the end of the story) and the rape scene lasts about 8 minutes I believe.
